Data we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email.
• Traveller details: passport data, national ID or iqama data, date of birth, nationality, travel dates.
• Documents you upload: passport copy, photo, bank statements, employment letters and other visa documents.
• Payment details: amount, method and payment reference. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider.

Why we use it

• To prepare and submit your visa application, book your appointment and contact you about it.
• To take payment and issue your voucher, receipt and tax invoice.
• To meet legal obligations and answer your requests and complaints.

Who we share it with

• The embassy, consulate or visa centre of your destination, only what your application needs.
• Service providers that help us run the service: payment, SMS and email, secure hosting and document checks. They may use your data only for this service.
• Government authorities when the law requires it.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Transfer outside the Kingdom

• Some data is sent to the embassy or visa centre of the country you apply for, because the visa cannot be processed without it.

How long we keep it

• We keep your data while your application is active and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Messages and complaints are kept for at least 1 year.

Your rights

• You can ask to see, get a copy of, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Send your request to info@trip360.sa. We reply within 1 working day.
